Potlatch (4L)
Last Thursday, 4L had a potlatch lunch to mark the end of our First Nations unit. What a feast it was! The students decided to try everything on the menu, and they loved it! We had Salmon, beef jerky, cranberries, dried apricots and dried apple rings, pop corn, and fruit candy. However, the favourite was definitely the warm, fresh bannock which Mrs. Kooger cooked in class. She brought maple syrup and strawberry jam to eat with the bannock. The students were lining up for seconds! Thank you, 4L, for participating in the Potlatch, and for helping to make it a success!
I hope you are having a wonderful Spring Break!
